Abstract

A good restaurant acknowledges its employees and tries to improve performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze Teamwork influence on Employee Performance in Restaurant India, Tebing Tinggi. Maxwell (2016), Team members have different skills like technical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; these skills are complementary to every other. According to Kasmir (2016), Work behavior has been attained in accomplishing duties and duties given in a specific period, and performance is the result of work. In this research, the method used by the author is quantitative analysis method. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires are distributed to the employees. The total population is 38 employees and the sample in the study amount 38 employees. Method of sampling in this study using census sampling. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale. The results of the partial test can be explained that tcount (5,506) > ttable (2,028) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, namely: Teamwork influence Employee Performance in Restaurant India, Tebing Tinggi The Determination Coefficient Test results obtained R square value of 0.457, this means 45,7% of the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) which can be explained by the independent variable Teamwork (X) while the remaining 54,3% is explained by other variables which was not used in this study. The conclusion in this study is the Teamwork influence Employee Performance in Restaurant India, Tebing Tinggi. With the improvement of teamwork in something the restaurant can increase the performance of employees with quick and precise. / Sebuah restoran yang baik mengakui karyawan dan mencoba untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh kerjasama tim pada kinerja karyawan di restoran India, Teabing Tinggi. Maxwell (2016), Anggota Tim memiliki keterampilan yang berbeda seperti teknis, interpersonal, masalah-pemecahan, dan keterampilan membuat keputusan; keterampilan ini saling melengkapi satu sama lain. Menurut Kasmir (2016), perilaku kerja telah dicapai dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan tugas-tugas yang diberikan dalam jangka waktu tertentu, dan kinerja adalah hasil dari pekerjaan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner didistribusikan ke karyawan. Total populasi 38 karyawan dan sampel dalam jumlah studi 38 karyawan. Mencoba untuk mengambil sampel ini. Skala yang dipakai untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert. Hasil sebagian dari tes dapat dijelaskan bahwa tcount (5,506) > ttable (2.028) dan nilai yang signifikan dari 0.000 < 0.05, kemudian Ha ditolak dan Ho ditolak, yaitu kerjasama tim mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di restoran India, Teabing Tinggi. Hasil koefisien determinasi dapat dilihat dari nilai r aquare yaitu 0,457 yang berarti 45,7% variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas tim kerja dan sisanya 54,3% dipengaruh variabel lain di luar dari penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dalam studi ini adalah kerja sama tim dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di restoran India, Tebing Tinggi Dengan peningkatan teamwork dalam seuatu restaurant dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan cepat dan tepat.
