Abstract

Performance management is implemented in order to manage the employee’s productivity. This research has purpose in understanding condition of performance management and employee productivity. This will examine the effect of performance management on employee productivity at CV Anugerah Pratama Medan. CV Anugerah Pratama is a company engaged in the production of plastic products in the form of wrappers, food containers, plastic for spare parts, plastic candy tubes and other forms of plastic. The company is located at Jalan Pulau Nias Selatan V No. 127 KIM 2 Mabar, Deli Serdang, 20371, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Analysis method performed is multiple linear regression analysis.The research will assess the performance management variable and employee productivity variable. Research sample is employee at CV Anugerah Pratama Medan. The approach in this research uses quantitative methods. It explains about the relationship between performance management and employee productivity at CV Anugerah Pratama, Medan. The research result can show some conclusions. The performance management has impact on employee productivity at CV Anugerah Pratama. The performance management can increase the employee productivity in positive correlation. The relationship between performance management and employee productivity is in high and strong relationship. The correlation coefficient is categorized on the criteria for the level of a strong enough relationship. The coefficient of determination is 87.6%. It means that the 87.6% of employee productivity can be described by performance management./Manajemen kinerja diterapkan untuk mengelola produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam pemahaman kondisi manajemen kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini akan menguji pengaruh manajemen kinerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada CV Anugerah Pratama, Medan. CV Anugerah Pratama adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi produk plastik berupa pembungkus, wadah makanan, plastik untuk suku cadang, tabung plastik permen dan berbagai bentuk plastik lainnya, perusahaan ini berlokasi di Jalan Pulau Nias Selatan V No. 127 KIM 2 Mabar, Deli Serdang, 20371, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Metode analisis yang dijalankan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menilai variabel manajemen kinerja dan variabel produktivitas karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan pada CV Anugerah Pratama, Medan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hal ini menjelaskan tentang hubungan antara manajemen kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan pada CV Anugerah Pratama. Hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan beberapa kesimpulan. Manajemen kinerja memililiki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada CV Anugerah Pratama. Manajemen kinerja dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dalam korelasi yang positif. Hubungan antara manajemen kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan adalah hubungan yang tinggi dan kuat. Koefisien korelasi dikategorikan dalam kriteria tingkat hubungan yang cukup kuat. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 87,6%. Ini berarti bahwa 87,6% dari produktivitas karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh manajemen kinerja.
