Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh efikasi diri, kecerdasaan adversitas, dukungan akademik, dukungan relasional, jenis kelamin dan pekerjaan orang tua terhadap intensi kewirausahaan di SMA Kristen Yusuf. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa- siswi yang sedang atau telah mengambil mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dengan jumlah 160 orang. Data diolah menggunakan bantuan program SPSS untuk uji coba instrumen penelitian dan uji hipotesis. Dari pengolahaan data tersebut, didapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan, kecerdasaan adversitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan, dukungan akademik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan, dukungan relasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, kecerdasaan adversitas, dukungan akademik, dukungan relasional, jenis kelamin dan pekerjaan orang tua berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan, adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara intensi kewirausahaan berdasarkan jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan perempuan, adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara intensi kewirausahaan berdasarkan pekerjaan orang tua yang wirausahawan dan bukan wirausahawan. Persamaan regresinya Y = - 0,263 + 0,243 X1 + 0,316 X2 + 0,327 X3 + 0,135 X4 + 0,146 DJk + 0,138 DPOT / This study aims to look at the effect of self efficacy, adversity quotient, academic support, relational support, gender, and parents’ job on entrepreneurial intention at Kristen Yusuf senior high school. The method used is quantitative research with questionnaire as data collection instrument. The subject of this research are 160 students who are taking or has taken entrepreneurship subject at Kristen Yusuf senior high school. The processing of the data, using the SPSS Program to quessionare test and the hypothesis test. From this data processing, the results are obtained which show that (1) self-efficacy influence significantly to entrepreneurial intention, (2) adversity quotient influence significantly to entrepreneurial intention, (3) academic support influence significantly to entrepreneurial intention, (4) relational support influence significantly to entrepreneurial intention, (5) self efficacy, adversity quotient, academic support, relational support, gender, and parents’ job influence significantly to entrepreneurial intention, (6) there are significant differences between entrepreneurial intension based on gender (7) there are significant differences between entrepreneurial intension based on entrepreneur parents’ and non- entrepreneur parents’.
