Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo. The company is currently still experiencing problems regarding the quality of the products offered by the company, among others, still not being able to meet customer expectations. Product quality that is not in line with expectations that occurs will tend to reduce customer satisfaction who has used the product Descriptive and causal studies were used to analyze a sample of 116 customers. Respondents were customers of PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo who were taken using probability sampling criteria using simple random sampling. The distribution of the questionnaires has passed the validity and reliability tests. The results of the coefficient of determination test show 47.2% that product quality affects consumer satisfaction at PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo For this reason, it can be recommended to recommend companies to improve product quality, this can be done by controlling product quality on a regular basis. With routine quality control, the company will have high product quality and reduce the risk of experiencing returns from consumers. Good product quality will be formed with good product quality control before it reaches consumers. company to increase customer satisfaction which will create comfort for consumers. Ways to increase consumer satisfaction can be done through providing promotions to consumers, providing satisfactory after-purchase services to consumers, providing relief in installment payments to consumers. By providing various benefits to consumers, it is expected to provide benefits for consumers in the long term and increase customer satisfaction./Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo. Perusahaan pada saat ini masih mengalami masalah mengenai dari segi kualitas produk yang ditawarkan perusahaan antara lain masih belum dapat memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Kualitas produk yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan yang terjadi akan cenderung menurunkan kepuasan pelanggan yang telah menggunakan produk tersebut Studi deskriptif dan kausal digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel dari 116 pelanggan. Responden adalah nasabah PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo yang diambil dengan menggunakan kriteria probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan telah lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 47.2% bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT Andalas Citra Elektrindo Untuk itu dapat disarankan untuk merekomendasikan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan pengendalian kualitas produk secara rutin. Dengan kontrol kualitas yang rutin akan membuat perusahaan memiliki kualitas produk yang tinggi dan menurunkan risiko mengalami retur dari konsumen. kualitas produk yang baik akan terbentuk dengan pengendalian kualitas produk yang baik sebelum sampai ke tangan konsumen. perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang akan menciptakan kenyamanan pada konsumen. Cara untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dapat dilakukan melalui pemberian promosi kepada konsumen, memberikan pelayanan after purchase yang memuaskan kepada konsumen, memberikan keringanan pembayaran angsuran kepada konsumen. Dengan memberikan berbagai manfaat kepada konsumen diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi konsumen dalam jangka panjang dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan
