Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Tyremaster Mandiri Indonesia. In this study, testing and find out the influence of performance appraisal on employee motivation in PT Tyremaster Mandiri Indonesia. The theory used in this study is related to the theory of performance appraisal and motivation. In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews, observation and questionnaires distributed to employees. The population amounted to 39 employees and sample in the study amounted to 39 employees. This study uses a census sampling method by taking a number of populations as samples to be tested using SPSS. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale. Based on the results of R square number is 0.554 or 55.4%. This shows that the presentation of the contribution of the influence of performance appraisal on employee motivation is 55.4%. This means that the independent variable is able to explain 55.4% of the dependent variable while the remaining 44.6% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the model. The value of significant 0.000 <0.05, then hypothesis is accepted, the meaning Performance Appraisal does influence the Employee Motivation at PT Tyremaster Mandiri Indonesia. The conclusion in this study that there is the Performance Appraisal does influence the Employee Motivation at PT Tyremaster Mandiri Indonesia. Conclusion in this research is there is the influence of Performance Appraisal on Employee Motivation at PT Tyremaster Mandiri Indonesia. With the improvement of the performance assessment of clear and regular use can increase the employee motivation of employees in the company./Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Tyremaster Mandiri Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap motivasi kerja di PT Tyremaster Mandiri Indonesia. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan teori penilaian kinerja dan motivasi kerja. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan. Populasi berjumlah 39 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 39 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus sampling dengan mengambil sejumlah populasi sebagai sampel untuk diuji menggunakan SPSS. Skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil nilai R square adalah 0,554 atau 55,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penyajian kontribusi pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan sebesar 55,4%. Artinya variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 55,4% variabel dependen sedangkan sisanya 44,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model. Nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,05, maka hipotesis diterima, artinya Penilaian Kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan PT Tyremaster Mandiri Indonesia. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT Tyremaster Mandiri Indonesia. Dengan perbaikan penilaian kinerja yang jelas dan teratur dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan di dalam perusahaan.
