Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan perusahaan atau organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya. Untuk itu kinerja dari para karyawan harus mendapat perhatian dari para pimpinan perusahaan, sebab menurunnya kinerja dari karyawan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan diantaranya adalah lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan populasi adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Merapi Nusantara Utama. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh : 1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (thitung = 3,265 > ttabel = 1,995; p = 0,002 < α = 0,05 ); 2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (thitung = 2,248 > ttabel = 1,995; p = 0,028< α = 0,05); 3) Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Fhitung = 13,319 > Ftabel = 3,13; p = 0,000 < α = 0,05). Saran yang dapat disampaikan peneliti terkait dengan temuan hasil penelitian adalahpihak perusahaan diharapkan memberikan perhatian kepada karyawan agar mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang berdampak kepada peningkatan kualitas karyawan serta dapat memperhatikan suasana lingkungan kerja dan selalu melakukan evalusi kinerja./ Employee performance is one of the determining factors for the success of a company or organization in achieving its goals. For this reason, the performance of employees must receive attention from company leaders, because the decline in employee performance can affect the company's overall performance. Factors that can affect employee performance include the work environment and work motivation. The aim of this research is : 1) To determine the effect of work environment on employee performance, 2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, 3) To determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The type of research used in this research is quantitative associative with the population is all employees of PT. Main Archipelago Merapi. Data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained: 1) There is an influence of the work environment on employee performance (t count = 3,265 > t table = 1,995; p = 0,002 < α = 0,05 ), 2) There is an influence of work motivation on employee performance (t count = 2,248 > t table = 1,995; p = 0,028< α = 0,05), 3) There is an influence of work environment and work motivation on employee performance (F count = 13,319 > F table = 3,13; p = 0,000 < α = 0,05). Suggestions that can be submitted by researchers related to research findings are that the company is expected to pay attention to employees in order to be able to improve employee performance which has an impact on improving the quality of employees and can pay attention to the atmosphere of the work environment and always carry out performance evaluations.
