Abstract

The main objective of this research is to observe whether there is an effect or not from compensation on employee performance at CV. Kimia Karyanusa Caraka with the target to help in determining the employee performance problem in the mentioned company for a better employee performance. In the writer perspective, there are some problems which often occur revolving the employee performance especially in agriculture company and this is supported by accumulated data by the writer which obtained by one of the officials in CV. Kimia Karyanusa Caraka as the observed company in the past pandemic which has decrement. This research used the quantitative method with census sampling, the size of the sample is 54 and IBM SPPS Statistics v.25 as the analyzing tool for the number of data obtained by the writer in this research. Some of the tests to determine the result are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination test, linear regression test, and hypothesis test. In the research hypothesis test which used z-test resulted 6.042 and passed the requirement amount from Z-Table (1.96) which indicates that compensation does give effect on employee performance at CV. Kimia karyanusa Cakara. The result is aligned with the result of determination test which shows that there is a 68.8% determination level from the compensation on employee performance at CV. Kimia Karyanusa Caraka which also hints that the rest, 32.2% was affected by other factors besides compensation. The conclusion of this research shows that the compensation does effect the employee performance CV. Kimia karyanusa Cakara thus the writer suggested there is a need for the company to check compensation for a better employee performance./Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti ada atau tidaknya kehadiran efek dari kompensasi terhadap performa karyawan dalam CV. Kimia karyanusa Cakara dengan harapan dapat memecahkan permasalahan performa karyawan di perusahaan yang bersangkutan untuk performa yang lebih baik. Dalam pandangan peneliti, beberapa permasalahan relatif sering muncul dalam performa karyawan khususnya dalam perusahaan agrikultur dan di mana hal ini didukung dari data yang diberikan oleh salah satu petinggi di CV. Kimia karyanusa Cakara sebagai perusahaan yang ingin diteliti oleh peneliti selama masa pandemic yang memiliki penurunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode sensus sampel ,dengan ukuran sampel 54 dan IBM SPSS Statistics v.25 sebagai perangkat analisa angka yang didapatkan oleh peneliti dari survei penelitian. Beberapa metode analisis pengujian peneliti juga terdiri dari uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji determinasi, uji regeresi linear, dan uji hipotesis. Uji hipotessi dalam penelitian ini yang menggunakan z-test memiliki hasil 6.042 dan melewati batas tabel Z (1.96) menunjukkan kompensasi memberikan efek terhadap performa karyawan di di CV. Kimia karyanusa Cakara. Dipertegas oleh hasil dari uji determinasi yang menunjukkan adanya efek sebanyak 68.8% yang ditimbulkan oleh motivasi terhadap performa karyawan CV. Kimia karyanusa Cakara yang sisanya, 32.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain selain kompensasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya efek dari kompensasi terhadap performa karyawan di CV. Kimia karyanusa Cakara sehingga peneliti menyarankan perlunya perhatian khusus terhadap kompensasi jikalau perusahaan tersebut ingin meningkatkan performa karyawan.
