Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity, learning media, and parents' attention on student’s learning motivation in eleventh grade at SMA Santa Ursula BSD in Catholic Religion Lessons. This research is a quantitative research with all students of eleventh grade as many as 190 people as the population. The sampling technique used non probability sampling, with saturated samples. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling analysis methods by using smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that teacher creativity, learning media, and parental attention had a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation./Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas guru, media pembelajaran, dan perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMA Santa Ursula BSD pada Pelajaran Agama Katolik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan seluruh siswa kelas XI sebanyak 190 orang sebagai populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan software smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru, media pembelajaran, dan perhatian orang tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
