Abstract

Situasi menyebarnya COVID-19 mendorong Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan untuk memerintahkan agar pembelajaran menggunakan sistem dalam jaringan (daring). Pembelajaran daring dapat berhubungan dengan tingkat stres pada siswa siswa SMA. Keterbatasan akses jaringan internet di Sulawesi Utara menjadi salah satu faktor penting terjadinya stres pada seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengukur tingkat stres pada siswa SMA di Kota Manado selama pembelajaran daring. Rancangan penelitian yang dipilih yaitu analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian observasional memakai desain penelitian potong lintang (cross-sectional study). Data dikumpulkan melalui General Health Questionnaire 12 (GHQ-12) menggunakan formulir daring, dari 122 siswa. Rerata usia siswa adalah 16,07 tahun. Mayoritas siswa yang merupakan subjek penelitian ini berjenis kelamin perempuan. Tingkat stres tidak dipengaruhi oleh jenis kelamin, namun masalah keuangan dan masalah jaringan internet ternyata mempengaruhi tingkat stres seseorang. Tingkat stres pada siswa ternyata lebih tinggi ketika dibandingkan dengan orang tua siswa. Online learning can be related to stress levels in high school students. Limited access to the internet network in North Sulawesi is a factor that is thought to affect stress levels. Purpose of this is to measure the stress level on students of high school students in Manado City during online learning. We used quantitative analytic research design with an observational approach using a cross-sectional data collection. Data were collected through General Health Questionnaire 12 (GHQ-12) using an online form, from 122 students. The mean age of the students is 16.07 years. Most of the students who are the subjects of this study are female. Stress levels are not influenced by gender, but financial problems and internet network problems affect stress levels.
