Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan bermain playdough pada anak usia dini dapat mengembangkan kreativitas dan motorik halus anak. Subyek dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini berjumlah 10 anak yang dilakukan di sekolah TK ABC Serpong, BSD. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus dengan masing-masing siklus melalui 4 kali tindakan namun pada siklus III hanya dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali. Sebelum melakukan penelitian pada siklus I, peneliti melakukan pengamatan pra-siklus dengan 2 kali tindakan untuk mengetahui antusias anak dan kemampuan dasar anak saat penerapan bermain playdough. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada kreativitas anak meningkat dimana pada indikator 1 di siklus III diketahui meningkat yaitu 39,63%. Pada indikator 2 siklus III, juga meningkat menjadi 34,26%. Sedangkan pada indikator ke 3 mengalami peningkatan di siklus III menjadi 32,22% dan pada indikator 4 juga meningkat di siklus III menjadi 39,26%. Hasil penilaian pada motorik halus anak juga mengalami peningkatan di masing-masing indikatornya. Pada indikator 1 di siklus III dihasilkan 39,44% dan pada indikator kedua juga meningkat menjadi 35,74%. Pada indikator 3 pun mengalami peningkatan menjadi 39,26%. Peneliti telah melakukan uji validatas dan reliabilitas dengan hasil uji validitas adalah 1,860. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa semua indikator pada masing-masing variabel dinyatakan valid. Mengenai uji reliabilitas dinyatakan reliabel dengan hasil 0,825. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan bermain playdough dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan motorik halus anak usia dini dengan pengamatan peneliti melalui penelitian tindakan kelas./The study was conducted to determine whether the application of playing playdough in early childhood can develop children's creativity and fine motor skills. The subjects in this classroom action research (CAR) were 10 children who were conducted at the TK ABC Serpong, BSD. Classroom Action Research (CAR) was carried out in 3 cycles with each cycle going through 4 times of action but in the third cycle it was only carried out 3 times. Before conducting the research in the first cycle, the researcher conducted pre-cycle observations with 2 times of action to determine the children's enthusiasm and basic abilities when applying playdough. The results obtained on the creativity of children increased where in indicator 1 in the third cycle is known to increase that is 39.63%. In indicator 2 of cycle III, it also increased to 34.26%. While the 3rd indicator increased in the third cycle to 32.22% and the 4th indicator also increased in the third cycle to 39.26%. The results of the assessment on children's fine motor skills also experienced an increase in each of the indicators. In indicator 1 in the third cycle, 39.44% was produced and in the second indicator it also increased to 35.74%. In indicator 3 also increased to 39.26%. Researchers have tested the validity and reliability with the results of the validity test being 1.860. So it can be stated that all indicators on each variable are declared valid. Regarding the reliability test, it was declared reliable with a result of 0.825. So it can be concluded that the application of playing playdough can improve creativity and fine motor skills of early childhood with the observations of researchers through classroom action research.
