Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan SECI melalui media aplikasi edmodo dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan meningkatkan hasil belajar: kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor siswa dalam kelompok. Penelitian ini menerapkan model SECI yang dipopulerkan oleh Ikujiro Nonaka sebagai strategi pembelajaran untuk membantu siswa mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan media aplikasi edmodo sebagai alat bantu dalam proses SECI. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Setiap siklus yang dilaksanakan menerapkan tahapan – tahapan SECI dan menggunakan media aplikasi edmodo. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari observasi, umpan balik teman sejawat, jurnal refleksi, dan tes. Semua data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model SECI dengan menggunakan media aplikasi edmodo sukses diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas dan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar: kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor siswa dalam kelompok / The purpose of this study is to apply the SECI through Edmodo application media in classroom learning and improve learning output in term of student group’s: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. This SECI research model is popularized by Ikujiro Nonaka as a learning strategy to help students achieve maximum learning output. This study utilized Edmodo application media as assisting tool in the process of SECI. This research was conducted through the method of classroom action research conducted in three cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. Each cycle applies the stage of SECI and uses Edmodo application media. Data of this research was collected from observation, peer feedback, reflection journal, and tests. All data were analyzed as descriptive qualitative. The result of this study indicate that the SECI model using Edmodo application media is successfully applied in the learning process in the classroom and improves learning outcome in terms of: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor student in the group
