Abstract

Penyakit akibat infeksi virus corona (COVID-19) telah menjadi sorotan utama sejak akhir tahun 2019. Rumah Sakit dituntut untuk menyesuaikan diri kondisi yang sulit untuk diprediksi dan kompleks. Selain bahaya paparan infeksi, tenaga kesehatan juga rentan terhadap bahaya psikososial yang berpengaruh terhadap fisik maupun psikologi tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahaya psikososial, sindrom burnout, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja pada tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif bersifat non-eksperimental dengan data primer dari tenaga kesehatan yang diambil menggunakan teknik convenient sampling di Rumah Sakit yang berada di kotamadya Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia, pada bulan Maret 2021 sampai Mei 2021. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan PLS-SEM. Terdapat 306 responden yang melakukan pengisian kuesioner. Bahaya psikososial, sindrom burnout, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap keinginan pindah kerja pada tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit. Selain itu, bahaya psikososial memiliki pengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap keinginan pindah kerja melalui sindrom burnout dan kepuasan kerja. Perlunya menyadari dan melakukan identifikasi bahaya psikososial, sindrom burnout, kepuasan kerja, dan keinginan pindah kerja melalui survei berkala agar dapat dilakukan modifikasi sesuai dengan indikator yang bermasalah dengan tujuan menciptakan kondisi kerja lebih kondusif./ COVID-19 pandemic has been our main concern since the end of 2019. Hospitals are required to adapt with unpredictable and complex conditions. In addition to the danger of infection exposure, healthcare workers are also vulnerable to psychosocial hazards that affect their physical and psychological health. This study aims to determine the effect of psychosocial hazards, burnout syndrome, and job satisfaction on the intention to leave in healthcare workers. The observational quantitative approach with primary data from healthcare workers used in this study with the convenient sampling technique at hospitals located in the Central Jakarta District, Indonesia, from March 2021 to May 2021. The obtained data will be analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics using PLS-SEM. There were 306 respondents who filled out the questionnaire. Psychosocial hazards, burnout syndrome, and job satisfaction have a direct influence on the intention to leave in hospital healthcare workers. In addition, psychosocial hazards have an indirect positive influence on the intention to leave through burnout syndrome and job satisfaction. The awareness and identification of psychosocial hazards, burnout syndrome, job satisfaction, and the intention to leave through periodic surveys are needed so the modifications can be made accordingly to create more conducive working conditions.
