Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, 2) untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, 3) untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kompetensi mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar, minat belajar siswa dan kompetensi mengajar guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 5 SD Tarakanita 5 Jakarta yang berjumlah 132 siswa. Data didapatkan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden dan studi dokumen. Uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas, multikolonieritas, linier, heterokesdastisitas dan uji hipotesis dengan uji regresi linier yang meliputi persamaan linier berganda, Uji F, Uji t dan Uji R. Dari hasil penelitian, secara simultan diketahui adanya pengaruh disiplin siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, pengaruh minat belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, kompetensi mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, dan terdapat pengaruh disiplin, minat belajar siswa, dan kompetensi mengajar guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika / The goals of this research are: 1) to know the level of the influence of the discipline in learning toward the mathematics achievement of the students, 2) to determine the influence of the interest in learning toward the mathematics achievement of the students, 3) to determine the influence of the teacher’s teaching competence toward mathematics achievement of the students, 4) to determine the effect of students’ discipline in learning, students’ interest in learning and teacher’s teaching competence all together toward mathematics achievement of the students. The method used in this study is the quantitative approach. The samples in this study are taken from the 5th grade students of Tarakanita Elementary School 5 Jakarta with the total of 57 students who are selected with the formula of Slovin. The data are obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and by doing document research. Prerequisite test include normality test, auto correlation, multicoloniarity, heterokesdastisitas and hypothesis testing with a linear regression that includes multiple linear equations, F test, t test and R test. From the research, it is simultaneously known that there is the influence of students’ discipline toward their mathematics achievement, the influence of students' interest in learning toward their mathematics achievement, teacher’s teaching competence toward mathematics achievement of the students, and there is the influence among discipline, students’ interest, and the teacher’s competence to pursue mathematics achievement of the students
