Abstract

Dimasa sekarang ini, yaitu adanya masa pandemi membuat kehidupan masyarakat banyak yang berbeda dari segala aspek, terutama aspek dalam keuangan. Masyarakat yang kebingungan untuk mendapatkan uang tambahan untuk memenuhi kehidupan sehari – hari membuat masyarakat tidak berpikir panjang dalam bermain money game untuk mencukupi kehidupannya tanpa menilik resiko – resiko yang ada. Tujuan skripsi ini dibuat untuk mengetahui pertanggung jawaban yang dapat dituntut kepada perusahaan tiktok cash dan juga untuk keperluan syarat kelulusan starata satu Sarjana Hukum di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis sendiri yaitu yuridis normatif. Hasil dari analisa akan kasus ini yang dikaitkan okeh teori – teori, doktrin – doktrin, undang – undang dan juga literatur bahwa dari permasalahan ini pengguna dapat meminta pertanggung jawaban dari tiktok cash yang sesuai dengan Kitab Undang – Undang Hukum Perdata yaitu dapat mengugat secara wanprestasi ataupun secara perbuatan melawan hukum. // In the current era, namely the existence of a pandemic People's lives are different in all aspects, especially in finance, in the current era, which is marked by the presence of a pandemic. People who are unsure how to make extra money to meet their daily needs are more likely to play money games to make ends meet without considering the risks involved. The purpose of this paper is to determine the liabilities that can be imposed on tiktok cash companies, as well as the requirements for Pelita Harapan University's Bachelor of Law degree. The author's chosen method of research is normative legal research. According to the findings of this case's analysis, which included theories, doctrines, laws, and literature, the user can seek accountability from tiktok cash under the Civil Code, which means they can sue in default or tort.
