Abstract

Dengan semakin berkembangnya zaman, ada banyak sekali perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri minuman menawarkan berbagai macam inovasi produk. Dari banyaknya ragam minuman tersebut, tiap perusahaan berusaha untuk dapat bersaing dan memproduksi minuman sesuai dengan zaman seperti misalnya saat ini, dimana setiap orang berusaha untuk menjaga kesehatan. Berkaitan dengan adanya usaha agar dapat bersaing, tentunya tidak menjamin semua kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Ada banyak kasus karyawan di perusahaan yang tidak jujur dalam bekerja terutama saat di lapangan. Oleh karena itu perlunya pengetahuan tentang prosedur dan kebijakan tentang kasus kecurangan dengan cara mendeteksi kasus sejak awal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Learning Goal Orientation, Self Efficacy, Professional Commitment terhadap Fraud Detection Responsibility . Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan khususnya untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Learning Goal Orientation, Self Efficacy dan Professional Commitment sehingga dapat meningkatkan Fraud Detection Responsibility. Adapun penelitian ini merupakan penilitian yang bersifat kausal dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan diolah dengan program statistik yaitu SPSS versi 22.0. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner teknik simple random sampling kepada 54 responden dengan karakteristik berjenis kelamin pria dan wanita, berdomisili di Surabaya, berusia 18-60 tahun (Kotler dan Armstrong, 2009), telah bekerja di distribusi PT CCAI Surabaya minimal 2 tahun. Kata Kunci: Learning Goal Orientation, Self Efficacy, Professional Commitment dan Fraud Detection Responsibility. / With the development of the times, there are many companies engaged in the beverage industry offering various kinds of product innovations. From the many kinds of drinks, each company tries to be able to compete and produce drinks according to the times such as today, where everyone is trying to maintain health. In connection with the existence of a business to be able to compete, of course, it does not guarantee that all activities can run well. There are many cases of employees in the company being dishonest in their work, especially in the field. Therefore, it is necessary to have knowledge of procedures and policies regarding fraud cases by detecting cases from the start. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Learning Goal Orientation, Self Efficacy, Professional Commitment on Fraud Detection Responsibility. The benefit of this research is to add insight, especially to find out how much influence Learning Goal Orientation, Self Efficacy and Professional Commitment have so as to increase Fraud Detection Responsibility. This research is a causal research using quantitative methods and processed with a statistical program, namely SPSS version 22.0. Data was collected by distributing a simple random sampling technique questionnaire to 54 respondents with male and female characteristics, domiciled in Surabaya, aged 18-60 years (Kotler and Armstrong, 2009), have worked in the distribution of PT CCAI Surabaya for at least 2 years.
