Abstract

Para remaja perlu memiliki ketahanan diri guna menghadapi tantangan dan tekanan, menemukan perannya dalam lingkungan sosial, serta memiliki komunikasi yang terbuka dengan orangtua. Itulah sebabnya penelitian ini perlu dilakukan. Berlandaskan penelitian terdahulu dan kajian pustaka, penelitian ini memilih menggunakan Quasi Experimental The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan mencoba menerapkan program camp yang menggunakan metode pendidikan petualangan dan metode ceramah plus guna meningkatkan kemauan peserta camp untuk memiliki regulasi diri, perilaku prososial, dan komunikasi terbuka dengan orangtua. Subyek penelitian sebanyak tiga puluh tiga orang, berumur empat belas sampai delapan belas tahun. Penelitian dilakukan tanggal 24-27 Maret 2016 di Zona 235, Cikole Lembang. Data penelitian sebelum dan sesudah perlakukan diperoleh dari hasil pretest dan posttest dengan menghitung N-Gain, juga dari instrumen pendukung berupa tes tertulis, refleksi diri, panduan wawancara, dan kuesioner untuk mengevaluasi program. Rata-rata N-Gain adalah 0,23; 0,19; 0,11 untuk regulasi diri, perilaku prososial, dan komunikasi terbuka dengan orangtua, yang berarti ada peningkatan antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan walaupun peningkatan itu rendah. Namun, hasil dari instrumen pendukung perlu dipertimbangkan. Melalui wawancara terlihat bahwa program camp memberikan dampak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari peserta camp. Selain itu, tingkat kepuasan para peserta terhadap keseluruhan materi dan kegiatan dalam camp ini dinilai cukup bagus / Teenagers need to have self endurance to face challenges and pressures, to find their role in the social environment, and to have a positive relationship with parents. Therefore, this research is ought to be done. Based on the previous research and book study, this research has opted to use Quasi Experimental The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design by trying to implement the camp program that utilises adventure education method and enhancing lecturers method, in addition to the purpose of increasing the participant’s desire for self regulation, prosocial behavior, and an open communication towards parents. The research subjects are summed up to thirty three subjects, age fourteen to eighteen. The research was done throughout the period from 24th to 27th of March 2016 in Zone 235, Cikole Lembang. Pre and post research data was gathered through pretest and posttest results by calculating N-Gain, and through the supporting instrument in the form of written test, self reflection, interview guidance, and questionnaire to evaluate the program. The average of N-Gain are 0.23; 0.19; 0.11 for self regulation, social behavior, and an open communication towards parents respectively, which provide an understanding that there are increments from before to after treatment, despite the low rates. Nevertheless, the results from the supporting instruments should be taken as part of the consideration. From the interviews, it shows that the camp program has given an impact in the participants’ daily living. Moreover, the satisfaction level of participants in terms of the overall materials and activities in the camp was considered quite good
