Abstract

Jiwa kewirausahaan saat ini sangat diperlukan. Melalui jiwa kewirausahaan diharapkan siswa mampu menjadi pribadi yang terampil, kreatif, inovatif, dan aplikatif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Banyak hal yang dapat mendorong bertumbuhnya jiwa kewirausahaan siswa, di antaranya adalah kompetensi rasa ingin tahu, berpikir kreatif, dan mengambil risiko. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat korelasi dan pengaruh antara sikap rasa ingin tahu, berpikir kreatif, dan mengambil risiko dengan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa, lalu menunjukkan seberapa besar tingkat pengaruh jiwa kewirausahaan siswa SMA Lentera Harapan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Lentera Harapan, Tangerang dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 115 responden. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan ialah angket dengan alat bantuan program statistik SPSS tipe 16. Perhitungan validitas, hubungan, dan pengaruh dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Pearson dan regresi, serta perhitungan reliabilitas dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh nilai korelasi dan nilai pengaruh antara kompetensi rasa ingin tahu (0.33), berpikir kreatif (0.19), dan mengambil risiko (0.36) terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa, serta besar pengaruh ketiga variabel terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan sebesar 0.422. Pengaruh ketiga faktor cukup signifikan dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa kelas X dan XI / The entrepreneurial spirit is now needed. Through the entrepreneurial spirit, the students are expected to become skill and applicable in the daily life. Things that encourage the growth of the entrepreneurial spirit of the students are; the curiosity competency, creative thinking and risk-taking attitude. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine whether there is a correlation and influence between the curiosity competence, creative thinking, and risk-taking attitude toward the entrepreneurial spirit of the students, and to analyze how significant the influence of curiosity competence, creative thinking, and risk-taking attitude toward the entrepreneurial spirit between grade X and XI. This study was implemented to 115 sampling high school students of Lentera Harapan, Tangerang. Collecting data used questionnaire for the competences and entrepreneurial spirit of the students using SPSS statistical program assistance type 16. To solve the validity types, relationships, and influences is calculated by the formula Pearson and regression, and reliability using Cronbach Alpha. The result of this research showed that there is a correlation and influence between the curiosity competence (0.33), creative thinking (0.19), and risk-taking attitude (0.36) toward the entrepreneurial spirit of Lentera Harapan Senior High School students. The three factors are influence toward entrepreneurial spirit as 0.422 and significant to develop the entrepreneurial spirit between the grade X and XI
