Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin melihat bagaimana penerapan media pembelajaran Youtube melalui aktivitas filmed role play untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Inggris, motivasi belajar dan belajar kolaboratif karyawan ATI Business Group Jakarta menggunakan mixed method design (metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif). Pada penelitian ini pengukuran keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Inggris menggunakan test multi choice, test oral speaking dan observasi video filmed role play, motivasi belajar menggunakan kuesioner dan proses kolaborasi diketahui dari proses belajar filmed role play dari awal sampai akhir. Dari penelitian didapatkan peningkatan keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Inggris 7.28 point dan motivasi belajar 4.5 point. Penerapan teknik filmed role play menjadikan respoden berinteraksi satu sama lain mengakibatkan responden lebih intensif berkolaborasi sehingga meningkatkan kolaborasi responden dalam proses belajar. Pemanfaatan teknologi (smartphone, rekam video dan Youtube) memberi kesempatan menggali potensi diri menemukan jalan keluar menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dapat direpresentasikan dalam dunia kerja / This study is intended to see how the application of instructional media filmed of Youtube through role play activities is used to improve English speaking skills, motivation to learn and collaborative learning of employees at the ATI Business Group Jakarta. Mixed design method (qualitative and quantitative methods) is applied. In this study, the measurement of English speaking skills is using multiple choice test, oral test and a speaking role play filmed video observation, motivation to learn using questionnaires and collaborative processes known from the learning process filmed role play from beginning to end. The study found an increase in the English speaking skill 7.28 point and learning motivation 4.5 point. Filmed role play technique can make respondents interact with each other resulting in more intensive respondents to collaborate to improve the collaboration of respondents in the learning process. The use of technology (smartphone, video recording and Youtube) provide an opportunity to explore the potential within themselves and help to find a way out to solve the problems that can be represented in the working world
