Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam sebuah institusi pendidikan. Kualitas pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia terutama guru sebagai tenaga pendidik. Salah satu kualitas yang diharapkan adalah kinerja yang menggambarkan kemampuan karyawan untuk pencapaian hasil yang maksimal di dalam organisasi. Kinerja guru di SMAK PENABUR Bintaro Jaya menjadi perhatian dalam penelitian ini, sebab diharapkan kinerja tenaga pendidik yang baik dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan pengetahuan dan karakter siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMAK PENABUR Bintaro Jaya.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 45 guru. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner tentang stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja guru. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0.. Kehandalan alat ukur (kuesioner) diuji menggunakan face validity, uji validitas konstruk, dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasi guru, kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi guru, stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja guru, kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, dan komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru / Human resource is one of the most important parts of an educational institution. Quality of education is strongly influenced by the quality of human resources, especially teachers as educators. One of the expected qualities is performance which describies the ability of teacher in achieving maximum results in the organization. Teacher’s performance in SMAK PENABUR Bintaro Jaya is the focus of this study. It is expected that a good performance of educators giving positive influence on the knowledge and character development of students. The purpose this study are to determine the influence of work stress on performance, job satisfaction on performance, work stress on organizational commitment, job satisfaction on organizational commitment and organizational commitment on teacher performance in SMAK PENABUR Bintaro Jaya. The approach in this study is a quantitative, and Partial Least Squar-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) as analysis method with a total respondances of 45 teachers. The research is conducted by collecting data with questiona about work stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and performance of teachers. Data were processed using software SmartPLS 3.0. The reliability of measurement tools (questionnaires) were tested using face validity, construct validity test and reliability test. The results showed job stress have a negative impact on organizational commitment of teachers, job satisfaction has a positive influence on organizational commitment of teachers, job stress have a negative impact on teacher performance, job satisfaction has a positive impact on teacher performance, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on performance teacher
