Abstract

Perilaku prososial dan kreativitas merupakan sebuah perkembangan yang sangat penting bagi anak usia dini. Hal ini sesuai dengan Permendikbud 137 tahun 2014 tentang standar nasional pendidikan anak usia dini. Perilaku prososial yang baik membuat anak diterima di kelompok teman sebayanya dan meningkatkan kreativitas saat bermain dengan teman sebaya. Oleh sebab itu orang tua dan guru memegang peranan yang penting untuk mengembangkan perilaku prososial dan kemampuan kreativitas pada anak. Tetapi dalam kenyataannya masih ada orang tua dan guru yang belum dapat mengembangkan perilaku prososial dan kreativitas pada anak usia dini. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana penggunaan metode bermain balok meningkatkan kemampuan prososial dan kreativitas anak. Permainan merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi seorang anak sebab di dalam permainan, seorang anak berinteraksi dengan teman sebayanya dan mengembangkan kemampuannya. Permainan balok merupakan jenis permainan yang sesuai bagi anak berusia 5-6 tahun karena pada tahap ini anak bisa bermain bersama teman-temannya secara berkelompok dan saling bekerjasama. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari tiga siklus. Setiap siklus memiliki fokus penelitian yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan perilaku prososial dan kreativitas. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar wawancara guru, orang tua dan siswa, lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, kuisioner orang tua dan rubrik. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukkan bahwa metode bermain balok meningkatkan perilaku prososial dan kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun. Dengan menggunakan metode bermain balok para siswa yang belum berkembang kemampuan perilaku prososial dan kreativitas menjadi lebih berkembang / Prosocial behavior and creativity are important for early years children. This statement refers to Permendikbud 137 tahun 2014 about national standard of Early Childhood Education. A good prosocial behavior in a child would make them be accepted in their circle of friends and would increase their creativity when playing. Therefore, the role of parents and teachers are important in order to develop their pro-social behavior and creativity. But there are still some parents and teachers who have not been able to develop their students and child’s prosocial behavior and creativity. The aim of this research is to analyze how the playing blocks would increase children’s prosocial behavior and creativity. Playing is a needs for children, because they can learn how to interact with their peers and develop their skills. Playing blocks is a type of appropriate game for children in the age of 5-6 years old, considering in this age they are able to play and work together in groups. This classroom action research consists of three cycles. Every cycle focuses on increasing prosocial behavior and creativity. The interview sheets for teachers, parents, and students, observation sheets, journals, questionnaire for parents, and rubrics are used for the instruments of the research. The result shows that through playing blocks children are able to increase their prosocial behavior and creativity. Students who have not been well-developed would be more well-developed by playing blocks
