Abstract

Komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor penting bagi kelanggengan organisasi. Dengan komitmen yang kuat dalam diri individu maka ia akan bersedia berusaha keras untuk mencapai visi dan misi organisasi. Komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, di antaranya adalah kepemimpinan, kepercayaan terhadap organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Oleh karena itu penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kepercayaan terhadap organisasi (organizational trust) dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur. Subjek penelitian adalah populasi guru-guru di SD Bogor Raya yang berjumlah 46 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket yang berkaitan dengan variabel- variabel yang diteliti. Dalam pengolahan data digunakan program perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk membantu perhitungan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kepercayaan terhadap organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi / Organizational commitment is an important factor in the sustainability of an organization. When one has strong commitment one would make extra efforts to achieve the vision and mission of the organization. There are some factors that influence organizational commitment such as leadership, trust and job satisfaction. This paper examined the effects of transformational leadership, organizational trust and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of teachers in SD Bogor Raya. This research uses descriptive statistics and path analysis to analyze the data. The respondents are 43 teachers in SD Bogor Raya. The instrument of the research is a questionnaire with items related to the variables. The software smart PLS is used to help analyze the hypothesis. The result of the research shows that transformational leadership, organizational trust and job satisfaction affect the organizational commitment
