Abstract

Industri retail merupakan salah satu sektor yang masih mengalami pertumbuhan yang positif meskipun pandemi Covid-19 sedang melanda diseluruh dunia. Dengan adanya hal ini banyak upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk bisa mempertahankan industri ini. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu beberapa industri retail di Kupang NTT mulai bermunculan, salah satu diantaranya yaitu Lippo Plaza Kupang. Salah satu industri retail yang terkenal di Indonesia yaitu Lippo Plaza yang merupakan pusat perbelanjaan ke-60 yang dikelolah oleh Lippo Mall. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh entertainment dan social interaction terhadap emotional states dan shopper satisfaction untuk membentuk customer loyalty pada pelanggan Lippo Plaza di Kupang, NTT. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori dan penelitian pemasaran, serta bermanfaat bagi Lippo Plaza dalam menelaah pengaruh variabel entertainment dan social interaction terhadap emotional states dan shopper satisfaction untuk membentuk customer loyalty. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 155 responden dengan karakteristik responden pria dan wanita berumur 17-65 tahun, berdomisili di Kupang, NTT dan pernah mengunjungi dan melakukan pembelian di Lippo Plaza minimal dua kali dalam kurun waktu enam bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap variabel Customer Loyalty adalah variabel Shopper Satisfaction sebesar 0,730; kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap Shopper Satisfaction adalah variabel Dominance sebesar 0,486; kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar kedua adalah variabel Pleasure sebesar 0,465; variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap variabel Dominance adalah variabel Social Interaction sebesar 0,553; kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar kedua adalah variabel Entertainment sebesar 0,296; variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap variabel Arousal adalah variabel Social Interaction sebesar 0,546; kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar kedua adalah variabel Entertainment sebesar 0,238; variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap variabel Pleasure adalah variabel Social Interaction sebesar 0,670; kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar kedua adalah variabel Entertainment sebesar 0,196. Kata kunci : Entertainment, Social Interaction Referensi : 34 (1974 – 2020) / The retail industry is one sector that is still experiencing positive growth despite the Covid-19 pandemic that is sweeping across the world. With this, many efforts have been made by the government to maintain this industry. Over time, several retail industries in Kupang NTT began to emerge, one of which was Lippo Plaza Kupang. One of the well-known retail industries in Indonesia is Lippo Plaza, which is the 60th shopping center managed by Lippo Mall. This study aims to determine how the influence of entertainment and social interaction on emotional states and shopper satisfaction to form customer loyalty to Lippo Plaza customers in Kupang, NTT. The expected benefits of this research are to contribute to the development of marketing theory and research, and to be useful for Lippo Plaza in examining the influence of entertainment and social interaction variables on emotional states and shopper satisfaction to form customer loyalty. This research is a quantitative method with data processing using SPSS 22.0. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 155 respondents with the characteristics of male and female respondents aged 17-65 years, domiciled in Kupang, NTT and had visited and made purchases at Lippo Plaza at least twice in the last six months. The results showed that the variables that had the greatest influence on the Customer Loyalty variable were the Shopper Satisfaction variable of 0.730; then the variable that has the greatest influence on Shopper Satisfaction is the Dominance variable of 0.486; then the variable that has the second largest influence is the Pleasure variable of 0.465; the variable that has the greatest influence on the Dominance variable is the Social Interaction variable of 0.553; then the variable that has the second largest influence is the Entertainment variable of 0.296; the variables that have the greatest influence on the Arousal variable are the Socail Interaction variable of 0.546; then the variable that has the second largest influence is the Entertainment variable of 0.238; the variables that have the greatest influence on the Pleasure variable are the Social Interaction variable of 0.670; then the variable that has the second largest influence is the Entertainment variable of 0.196.
