Abstract
Tiga tahun terakhir Yayasan Santo Yakobus menerapkan strategi meningkatkan kinerja Pendidik melalui berbagai program, yaitu kerohanian, internalisasi nilai- nilai kristiani/karakter Santo Yakobus, gathering, studi banding, penugasan, studi lanjut, mendatangkan nara sumber, kerjasama dengan instansi lain, penerapan reward dan punishment, namun dampak bervariasi. Tujuan penelitian: menggambarkan dan menganalisis efektivitas strategi serta respon pendidik/guru terhadap strategi Yayasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, FGD dan dokumentasi: untuk memperkuat validitas dan reliabilitas dengan melakukan trianggulasi. Sumber data primer berupa kata-kata dan tindakan orang yang diwawancarai yaitu ketua Yayasan, HRD, kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil menunjukkan: strategi dilakukan melalui berbagai program namun efektivitasnya masih belum optimal, masih terdapat 21,53% guru berkinerja kurang sedangkan respon guru yang muncul bervariasi yaitu, positif, negatif dan netral / In the last three years, Santo Yakobus Foundation implemented strategies to increase educator performance through various programs of activity, such as spiritual activities, internalization of Christian values/Santo Yakobus character, gathering, comparative study, assignment, advanced study, bring in experts, in cooperation with other institution, impose rewards and punishments, but with varies impact. The purpose of this research: to illustrate and analyze the effectiveness of the strategy, also the response of teacher to the strategy. This research uses qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection was done by interview, FGD and documentation: to strengthen validity and reliability by doing triangulation. Primary data sources included the words and actions of interviewee are Chairman of the Foundation, HRD, Principal and Teacher. The results: strategy is done through various programs but the effectiveness of strategy still not optimal, there are still 21,53% of under performing teachers, while the response appearing is vary: positive, negative and neutral
