Abstract

Pembelajaran jarak jauh yang memberi celah adanya keterbatasan ruang dalam proses pembelajaran mengakibatkan guru tidak dapat mengawasi perilaku siswa secara langsung. Untuk itu dibutuhkan peran guru sebagai pengelola kelas untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar yang kondusif. Salah satunya adalah dengan penerapan peraturan pengaktifan kamera selama proses pembelajaran. Namun fakta yang terjadi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa siswa tidak menerapkan peraturan tersebut. Hal ini tentunya menghambat jalannya kegiatan belajar. Dengan demikian penelitian dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai implementasi penerapan peraturan pengatifan kamera dalam upaya mengelola perilaku siswa saat pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dalam penerapannya, dibutuhkan konsistensi dan kebijaksanaan guru dalam membangun kesadaran siswa untuk taat terhadap peraturan. Tidak hanya untuk mendapat reward atau menghindari punishment tetapi sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab siswa kepada kelas, terutama sebagai gambar dan rupa Allah yang sudah seharusnya berperilaku serupa dengan Allah. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan peraturan pengaktifan kamera terbukti dapat membantu guru dalam mengelola perilaku mengganggu siswa. Penelitian selanjutnya dengan topik yang sama disarankan untuk memiliki waktu atau durasi penelitian lebih lama sehingga perubahan perilaku siswa dapat lebih optimal. Selain itu, penerapan peraturan yang dilakukan hendaknya tidak hanya terjadi di dalam kelas tetapi juga didukung di setiap kegiatan sekolah yang ada./ Distance learning has a gap of limited space in the learning process that teachers can not monitor student behavior directly. Therefore, the teacher's role as a class manager is needed to create conducive learning. One of them is the application of camera activation regulations during the learning process. However, the facts that occur show that students do not apply these rules. It hinders the course of learning activities. Thus, this research that uses a descriptive qualitative method aims to discuss the implementation of camera activation regulations to manage student behavior during distance learning. In the application, it takes the consistency and wisdom of the teacher in building students' awareness to obey the rules. Not only to get a reward or to avoid punishment but as a student's responsibility to the class, especially as the image of God who should behave similarly to God. The result concluded that the application of camera activation regulations helps teachers manage the students' disruptive behavior. Further research suggested having more 2 research time or duration so the changes in student behavior can be more optimal. In addition, the implementation of the regulations should not only occur in the classroom but also in every school activity.
