Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada PT Intiland Development Tbk. PT Intiland Development Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembangunan, pengembangan, jasa real estate dan properti. Intiland telah membuat laporan CSR yang berpedoman pada empat dari tujuh aspek yang dibakukan dalam ISO 26000 dan menjadikan ketentuan OJK sebagai acuan pelaksanaan program CSR. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pelaporan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) menjadi suatu hal yang penting bagi perusahaan pada abad ke-21 ini. Pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial pada laporan tahunan juga sesuai dengan prinsip Good Corporate Governance, yaitu fairness, transparency, accountability dan responsibility. Pentingnya pelaporan CSR juga disadari oleh pemerintah melalui peraturan-peraturan hukum yang telah ditetapkan. ISO 26000 membahas topik yang mirip dengan panduan pelaporan Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) namun ISO 26000 tidak memberikan petunjuk tentang pelaporan kinerja CSR. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini menggunakan panduan kerangka kinerja GRI G4. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Intiland telah sesuai dengan ketujuh aspek CSR dalam ISO 26000 dan berkontribusi positif terhadap masyarakat, karyawan dan lingkungan sekitar / This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT Intiland Development Tbk. PT Intiland Development Tbk is a company engaged in the real estate and property development, trading and services. Intiland has made CSR report that is guided by four of the seven aspects standardized in ISO 26000 and makes OJK regulations a reference for implementing CSR programs. Qualitative research methods were used in this study using a case study approach. Reporting on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an important thing for companies in the 21st century. The disclosure of social responsibility in the annual report is also in accordance with the principles of Good Corporate Governance, namely fairness, transparency, accountability and responsibility. The importance of CSR reporting is also realized by the government through established legal regulations. ISO 26000 discusses topics similar to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting guidelines but ISO 26000 does not provide guidance on reporting CSR performance. So this study also use guidance on the GRI G4 performance framework. The results of this study show that Intiland is in line with the seven aspects of CSR in ISO 26000 and contributes positively to the community, employees and the surrounding environment
