Abstract

Motivasi belajar sangat diperlukan untuk keberlangsungan pembelajaran yang efektif termasuk dalam pembelajaran matematika secara daring. Motivasi belajar pada siswa dapat didukung secara eksternal oleh guru. Pemberian konsekuensi merupakan salah satu cara memotivasi siswa dalam belajar. Konsekuensi positif dan negatif yang diberikan dengan seimbang dapat memotivasi siswa sesuai indikator motivasi belajar. Penulisan bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil analisis dari pemberian konsekuensi dalam memotivasi siswa kelas XI dalam pembelajaran matematika secara daring. Kejatuhan manusia dalam dosa berdampak pada siswa yang tidak termotivasi untuk bertanggung jawab untuk berintegritas sebagai seorang siswa. Siswa membutuhkan Kristus sebagai Juruselamat untuk memulihkan gambar Allah yang rusak. Pendidikan Kristen diperlukan untuk membawa siswa ke dalam keselamatan Kristus yang diintegrasikan dengan pembelajaran. Pemberian konsekuensi yang tepat dan bijak memotivasi siswa untuk bertanggung jawab dengan tugasnya sebagai siswa. Meskipun tampaknya pemberian konsekuensi melanggar kehendak bebas manusia, tetapi hal ini diperlukan untuk menyadarkan siswa akan dampak dari pilihan kehendak bebasnya. Hasil analisis terhadap siswa kelas XI menunjukkan pemberian konsekuensi positif dan negatif memotivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika secara daring. Memberi konsekuensi kepada siswa secara tepat dan adil memotivasi siswa dalam belajar. Untuk memotivasi siswa lebih baik, sebaiknya konsekuensi harus dilakukan secara konsisten, bervariasi dan inovatif dengan memanfaatkan platform yang tersedia. Pemberian konsekuensi pula harus mempertimbangkan iman Kristen yang tidak menghakimi siswa, sehingga konsekuensi tidak menimbulkan dampak lain yang menyebabkan siswa menjadi pedendam./Learning motivation is needed for the continuity of effective learning including in online math learning. Learning motivation in students can be supported externally by the teacher. Giving consequences is one way to motivate students in learning. The positive and negative consequences provided in a balanced manner can motivate students according to learning motivation indicators. Writing aims to expose the results of analysis of the provision of consequences in motivating class XI students in online math learning. Man's fall in sin impacts students who are not motivated to be responsible for integrity as a student. Students need Christ as Savior to restore God's broken image. Christian education is necessary to bring students into the salvation of Christ integrated with learning. The provision of appropriate and wise consequences motivates students to take responsibility with their duties as students. Although it seems that the consequences of violating human free will, it is necessary to awaken the student to the impact of his free will choice. The results of the analysis of class XI students showed that the provision of positive and negative consequences motivated students in online math learning. Rewarding students appropriately and fairly motivates students in learning. To motivate students better, the consequences should be done consistently, variedly and innovatively by utilizing the available platforms. The provision of consequences must also consider the Christian faith that does not judge students, so that the consequences do not cause other impacts that cause students to become vengeful.
