Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Sleep Quality and the mediating role of High-activation Positive Mood and High-activation Negative Mood on the Innovative Behaviour of Entrepreneurs, Whereas the sampling technique for this study determined as a non-probability sampling with convenience sampling technique. Samples were taken in the amount of 216 respondents who are entrepreneurs located in Indonesia. The data were collected by distributing electronic questionnaires. Moreover, this research Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) for the statistical analytic method. According to the research conducted, results shown that Sleep Quality and High-activation Negative Mood does not have influence on Innovative Behaviour whereas High-activation of Positive Mood have a positive relationship towards Innovative Behaviour of Entrepreneurs/Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kualitas Tidur dan Peran Mediasi High-activation Positive Mood dan High-activation Negative Mood terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Pengusaha, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan convenience sampling. teknik pengambilan sampel. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 216 responden yang merupakan pengusaha yang berada di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner elektronik. Selain itu penelitian ini Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) untuk metode statistik analitik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Tidur dan Mood Negatif Aktifasi Tinggi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Inovatif sedangkan Mood Positif Aktifasi Tinggi memiliki hubungan positif terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Pengusaha.
