Abstract

According to the civil records of DKI Jakarta, the population of DKI Jakarta currently reaches 9.5 million people. The number of stressed people reaches 1.33 million (14 percent of 9.5 million), while stress reaches 95,000-285,000 people (13 percent of 9.5 million). According to the survey, the majority of Jakarta residents feel that the environmental conditions are not conducive and the amount of social pressure on the community. This problem looks insignificant, but it has a big impact on the quality of human resources. One of the solutions needed is mental health support facilities. such as a facility to support mental health or can be called a therapeutic facility still has to be developed again in the city of Jakarta. Locations that support therapeutic activities are those that have activities that are in accordance with mental health supporting parameters. One area that supports therapeutic activities is Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta. Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) has long been known as a sports icon located in the center of the capital city of Jakarta. Along with the development of the Gelora Bung Karno era, there are activities that can be classified as therapeutic activities such as culinary arts, arts and performing arts. With the high level of stress in today's society, Therapeutic Space Design aims to provide mental health support facilities for people in Jakarta. With the hope that Therapeutic Space can be a space for the people of Jakarta to carry out activities outside of their routine. The facilities provided include workshops with an art-therapy approach and a gardening area with a horticultural therapy approach. These activities support social interaction through interior elements to support the mental health of users. The design and research uses qualitative design methods, adjusting to the objectives to be achieved, namely supporting the mental health of the people of Jakarta, so that quality will move between data and analysis of the quality of life of the people of Jakarta to date. / Menurut catatan sipil DKI Jakarta menunjukkan jumlah penduduk DKI Jakarta saat ini mencapai 9,5 juta jiwa. Jumlah penduduk yang stress mencapai 1.33 juta (14 persen dari 9,5 juta), sementara stress mencapai 95.000-285.000 orang (13 persen dari 9,5 juta). Menurut survey, mayoritas penduduk Jakarta merasakan kondisi lingkungan yang kurang kondusif dan besarnya tekanan sosial pada masyarakat. Masalah ini terlihat tidak terlalu signifikan, namun berdampak besar pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Solusi yang dibutuhkan salah satunya adalah fasilitas penunjang kesehatan mental. Diketahui bahwa suatu fasilitas untuk menunjang kesehatan mental atau dapat disebut fasilitas terapeutik masih harus dikembangkan lagi di kota Jakarta. Lokasi yang mendukung kegiatan terapetik adalah yang dimana memiliki aktivitas-aktivitas yang sesuai dengan parameter - parameter penunjang kesehatan mental. Salah satu area yang mendukung kegiatan terapetik adalah Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta. Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) telah lama dikenal sebagai ikon olahraga yang terletak di pusat Ibu Kota Jakarta. Seiring perkembangan zaman Gelora Bung Karno memiliki aktivitas-aktivitas yang dapat digolongkan sebagai aktivitas terapetik seperti kuliner, seni dan pertunjukan seni. Menanggapi tingkat stres yang tinggi di masyarakat saat ini, Perancangan Therapeutic Space bertujuan untuk menyediakan fasilitas penunjang kesehatan mental, bagi masyarakat di Jakarta. Dengan harapan Therapeutic Space dapat menjadi ruang bagi masyarakat Jakarta untuk melakukan aktivitas diluar dari rutinitas mereka. Fasilitas yang disediakan antara lain workshop dengan pendekatan art-therapy dan gardening area dengan pendekatan horticultural therapy. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut mendukung interaksi sosial melalui elemen interior untuk menunjang kesehatan mental penggunanya. Perancangan dan penelitian menggunakan metode perancangan kualitatif, menyesuaikan dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu menunjang kesehatan mental masyarakat Jakarta, sehingga kualitas yang difokuskan akan bergerak diantara data dan analisa kualitas hidup masyarakat Jakarta hingga saat ini.
