Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan free cash flow terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan mengunakan variabel likuiditas (CR), profitabilitas (ROA), leverage (DER), dan free cash flow (FCF), nilai perusahaan (PBV). Peneltian ini juga menggunakan ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) sebagai variabel kontrol. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam perneltian ini ialah 190 sampel dari 19 perusahaan dengan laporan keuangan 10 periode yaitu tahun 2011 – 2020 yang terdaftar di S&P Capital IQ. Hasil peneltian ini menyimpulkan profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan nilai perusahaan (PBV) sedangkan likuiditas (CR), leverage (DER), dan free cash flow (FCF) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV)./ The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of financial performance and free cash flow on firm value in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by using the variables of liquidity (CR), profitability (ROA), leverage (DER), and free cash flow (FCF). ), firm value (PBV). This study also uses firm size (SIZE) as a control variable. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this research is 190 samples from 19 companies with financial statements for 10 periods, namely 2011 – 2020 which are listed on S&P Capital IQ. The results of this study conclude that profitability (ROA) has a significant effect on firm value (PBV) while liquidity (CR), leverage (DER), and free cash flow (FCF) have no significant effect on firm value (PBV).
