Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh identitas sosial darwinians terhadap niat kewirausahaan sosial, adanya pengaruh identitas sosial communitarians terhadap niat kewirausahaan sosial dan adanya pengaruh identitas sosial missionaries terhadap niat kewirausahaan sosial. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode Ipengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Kuisioner Iyang disebarkan kepada 200 yang merupakan generasi Z dan berada di Jakarta. Setiap hipotesis dianalisis dalam perangkat lunak SmartPLS3 untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara identitas darwinians terhadap niat kewirausahaan social. Ada hubungan positif antara identitas communitarians dengan niat kewirausahaan sosial. Ada hubungan positif antara identitas missionaries dengan niat kewirausahaan sosial. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini yaitu kewirausahaan sosial juga dapat membuka program pendidikan, menyediakan layanan perbankan di daerah tertinggal, dan membantu anak-anak yatim piatu karena wabah penyakit. Dalam kurikulum pendidikan kewirausahaan sosial, juga perlu ditekankan identitas misionaris, yaitu terkait dengan identitas bahwa mereka perlu berperan dalam konteks peran aktif sebagai warga negara yang baik, penuh tanggung jawab dengan kata lain founder kewirausahaan sosial dengan identitas misionaris dapat menjadikan dunia menjadi lebih baik. Nilai originalitas dari penelitian ini adalah identitas sosial setiap individu merupakan variabel penting dalam pengembangan perusahaan, khususnya kewirausahaan sosial. Tidak semua pengusaha memiliki pandangan yang sama tentang kewirausahaan, dan visi misi masing-masing mempengaruhi keputusan bisnis mereka dalam mendirikan kewirausahaan sosial. / This study aims to determine the influence of Darwinians social identity on social entrepreneurial intentions, the influence of communitarians social identity on social entrepreneurial intentions and the influence of missionaries social identity on social entrepreneurial intentions. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. The data collection method used is Questionnaire I which is distributed to 200 who are Generation Z and reside in Jakarta. Each hypothesis was analyzed in the SmartPLS3 software to test the relationship between variables. The findings reveal that there is a positive relationship between Darwinian identity and social entrepreneurial intentions. There is a positive relationship between communitarian identity and social entrepreneurial intention. There is a positive relationship between missionary identity and social entrepreneurial intentions. The managerial implication of this research is that social entrepreneurship can also open educational programs, provide banking services in disadvantaged areas, and help orphans due to disease outbreaks. In the social entrepreneurship education curriculum, it is also necessary to emphasize the missionary identity, which is related to the identity that they need to play an active role in the context of an active role as good citizens, full of responsibility in other words the founder of social entrepreneurship with a missionary identity can make the world a better place. The value of originality from this research is that the social identity of each individual is an important variable in the development of the company, especially social entrepreneurship. Not all entrepreneurs have the same view of entrepreneurship, and the vision and mission of each influence their business decisions in establishing social entrepreneurship.
