Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pengaruh dari pendidikan inovasi dan kewirausahaan dan pendidikan politik dan ideologi terhadap kualitas psikologis positif, pengaruh dari pendidikan inovasi dan kewirausahaan dan pendidikan politik dan ideologi terhadap efikasi diri, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kualitas psikologis positif, dan pengaruh dari pendidikan inovasi dan kewirausahaan dan pendidikan politik dan ideologi terhadap kualitas psikologis positif yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri. Mengembangkan kualitas psikologis yang positif merupakan sesuatu hal yang penting karena berhubungan dengan aspek mental dari seorang mahasiswa, sehingga mencari faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penciptaan kualitas psikologis tersebut menjadi fokus utama didalam penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 310 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner digital yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis dengan teknik PLS-SEM menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil analisis data menemukan bahwa pendidikan inovasi dan kewirausahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas psikologis positif, sedangkan pengaruh dari pendidikan politik dan ideologi dan efikasi diri ditemukan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas psikologis positif, pendidikan inovasi dan kewirausahaan dan pendidikan politik dan ideologi ditemukan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, dan pendidikan inovasi dan kewirausahaan dan pendidikan politik dan ideologi ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas psikologis positif yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri. Penelitian ini membantu Universitas Pelita Harapan dalam merumuskan strategi pembelajaran dan kurikulum yang diharapkan dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas psikologis dari mahasiswanya. /This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the influence of innovation and entrepreneurship education and political and ideological education on positive psychological quality, the influence of innovation and entrepreneurship education and political and ideological education on self-efficacy, the effect of self-efficacy on positive psychological quality, and the effect of from innovation and entrepreneurship education and political and ideological education to positive psychological qualities mediated by self-efficacy. Developing positive psychological qualities is something important because it relates to the mental aspects of a student, so looking for factors that influence the creation of these psychological qualities is the main focus in this study. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method and obtained 310 respondents. The data collection technique used a digital questionnaire which was then processed and analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique using the SmartPLS application. The results of data analysis found that innovation and entrepreneurship education did not have a significant effect on positive psychological quality, while the influence of political and ideological education and self-efficacy was found to have a positive and significant effect on positive psychological quality, innovation and entrepreneurship education and political and ideological education was found positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, and innovation and entrepreneurship education and political and ideological education were found to have a positive and significant effect on positive psychological qualities mediated by self-efficacy. This research helps Pelita Harapan University in formulating learning strategies and curriculum which are expected to maintain and improve the psychological quality of its students.
