Abstract

Pada penelitian kali ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Role model, Opportunity recognition, Fear of failure dan Entrepreneurial knowledge terhadap Entrepreneurial intention. pada kasus kali ini masih banyak sekali masyarakat di Indonesia yang sudah memasuki jenjang usia kerja tetapi belum memiliki pekerjaan apapun dalam hal ini didukung dengan faktor lapangan kerja yang sangat terbatas. Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk menghadapi sebuah masalah pengangguran di suatu negara adalah dengan membangkitkan semangat seseorang untuk berwirausaha. Akhir-akhir ini sangat terlihat bahwa kaum wanita lebih aktif dalam menjalankan bisnis nya sendiri dan usaha yang dimiliki nya terus berkembang hingga saat ini. Dapat dilihat dari kasus diatas maka diperlukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh role model, opportunity recognition dan entrepreneurial knowledge terhadap entrepreneurial intention kepada seorang wanita dan apakah fear of failure akan berpengaruh serta menghambat entrepreneurial intention terhadap wanita serta dari penelitian ini mengarah kepada wanita dikarenakan kaum perempuan memiliki dampak besar terhadap ekonomi global. Pada pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling khususnya menggunakan purposive sampling, dimana responden berasal dari mahasiswi sekitar Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini mengambil jumlah sampel sebanyak 253 dan sudah hilangkan yang tidak valid lalu menjadi 237 responden, pengumpulan data dengan cara melalui kuisioner online. Data yang diolah di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling atau (PLS- SEM) menggunakan analisis validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis statistik. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel role model, opportunity recognition, fear of failure dan entrepreneurial knowledge berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial intention secara signifikan. / This study aims to examine the effect of Role model, Opportunity recognition, Fear of failure and Entrepreneurial knowledge on Entrepreneurial intentions. Because in this case, there are still a lot of people in Indonesia who have entered the working age level but do not have any work yet, in this case, it is supported by very limited employment factors. One of the most effective ways of dealing with the problem of unemployment in a country is by encouraging entrepreneurship. Lately it is very visible that women are more active in running their own business and its owned businesses continue to grow today. From the above cases it is necessary to research on the influence of role model, opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial knowledge of the entrepreneurial intention of the woman and whether fear of failure would be devastating and hampering entrepreneurial intention of the woman and from this research leads to women because women have a major impact on the global economy. In taking the sample of this study using non-probability sampling technique, especially using purposive sampling, where the respondents came from female students around Yogyakarta. This study took a sample of 253 respondents and removed the invalid ones and became 237 respondents, collecting data by means of online questionnaires. The data processed in this study using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling or (PLS-SEM) using validity, reliability, and statistical analysis. The results of this study show that the role model variables, opportunity recognition, fear of failure and entrepreneurial knowledge have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention.
