Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, maka hipotesis penelitian ini adalah: kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap terhadap kepuasan kerja. iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini ditunjukan kepada seluruh karyawan PT. XYZ (Persero) Cab. Manado dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 70 orang yang terdiri dari 44% responden laki-laki dan 56% responden perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data tersebut ialah kuesioner, yang terdiri dari 23 indikator. Pengujian terhadap kuesioner dilakukan dengan uji validitas yang menghasilkan sig < α (0,000 < 0,05) dan uji reliabilitas yang menghasilkan Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,6. Selanjutnya, alat yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah IBM SPSS 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Kepemimpinan, Budaya organisasi dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. XYZ (Persero) Cab. Manado. Artinya dengan adanya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Iklim Organisasi secara bersama-sama semakin baik maka akan adanya peningkatan pula pada Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. XYZ (Persero) Cab. Manado. Juga disarankan untuk pimpinan untuk tetap memotivasi dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik terhadap karyawan sehingga membuat karyawan memberikan kinerja yang maksimal dan tercipta iklim kerja yang kondusif. / This study aims to determine whether leadership, organizational culture, and organizational climate have a influence with job satisfaction. Based on these objectives, the hypothesis of this research is: leadership has a influence with job satisfaction. organizational culture has a influence with job satisfaction. organizational climate has a influence with job satisfaction. leadership, organizational culture, and organizational climate have a influence with job satisfaction. This research is shown to all employees of PT. XYZ (Persero) Cab. Manado with 70 respondents consisting of 44% male respondents and 56% female respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis method to test the hypothesis. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire, which consists of 23 indicators. Testing of the questionnaire was carried out with a validity test which resulted in sig < (0.000 < 0.05) and a reliability test which resulted in Cronbach's Alpha > 0.6. Furthermore, the tool used in analyzing the data is IBM SPSS 22. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on Leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. XYZ (Persero) Cab. Manado. This means that with the leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate together, the better, there will also be an increase in Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. XYZ (Persero) Cab. Manado. It is also recommended for leaders to keep motivating and have good communication with employees so as to make employees provide maximum performance and create a conducive work climate.
