Abstract

Sektor wisata kuliner Bogor merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki potensi untuk berkembang. Kota Bogor memiliki berbagai jenis makanan yang dapat menarik perhatian para wisatawan untuk berkunjung dan mencoba nya. Makanan dan pariwisata merupakan dua hal yang tidak dapat terpisahkan. Hal ini dikarenakan setiap manusia membutuhkan asupan makanan dan energi untuk melakukan aktivitas. Namun dengan adanya perkembangan zaman, makanan tradisional khas di suatu kota tidak lagi hanya untuk mengisi perut saja tetapi hal ini menjadi daya tarik dan tujuan utama pencarian wisatawan. Kota Bogor merupakan kota yang tidak pernah sepi yang selalu dikunjungi oleh wisatawan lokal maupun asing. Hal ini memberikan potensi yang besar pada kekayaan kuliner yang dapat menjadi daya tarik wisata. Namun, hingga saat ini jumlah makanan tradisional khas Kota Bogor ini masih sangat terbatas dimana kenikmatan dan kelezatan makanan dari khas Kota Bogor ini masih belum cukup untuk menarik minat wisatawan untuk datang dan mencicipi nya. Melalui perancangan buku ini, diharapkan makanan tradisional khas Kota Bogor ini dapat dikenal dan menjadi daya tarik wisatawan untuk datang berkunjung dan mencicipi nya. / Bogor culinary tourism sector is a sector that has the potential to be developed. Bogor has various types of food that can attract tourists to visit and try it. Food and tourism are two things that cannot be separated. This is because every human being needs food and energy to carry out activities. However, as time goes by the traditional food in Bogor is no longer just to fill the stomach, but this has become the main attraction and destination for tourists. Bogor is a city that is never empty which is always visited by local and foreign tourists. This provides great potential for culinary wealth that can become one of tourist attractions. However, until now the traditional food of Bogor is still very limited where the pleasure and deliciousness of the traditional food of Bogor is still not enough to attract tourists to come and taste it. Through this book, we hope that this traditional food of Bogor can be recognized and become an attraction for tourists to come to visit and taste it
