Abstract

Perkembangan perusahaan multinasional yang semakin dinamis mengakibatkan munculnya intensitas bisnis yang semakin ketat, persaingan antar pemilik bisnis terasa sangat kuat hingga saat ini. Nestlé sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang gizi dan kesehatan terus berinovasi terhadap perubahan zaman dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Melalui konsep creating shared value yang merupakan landasan visi misi perusahaan terhadap tanggung jawab sosial, Nestlé hadir dalam memenuhi tanggung jawab sebagai perusahaan yang menerapkan nilai – nilai ekonomi dan sosial kepada masyarakat. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan pada petani kopi dan peternak sapi hingga layanan peduli konsumen merupakan kiat – kiat yang dilakukan Nestlé secara berkelanjutan guna menciptakan company image yang baik sebagai kunci keberhasilan bisnis terhadap konsumen. Etika bisnis yang mengakar serta patuh terhadap hukum dan peraturan daerah merupakan faktor penting terhadap ekspansi bisnis Nestlé di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan yang berasal dari sumber sekunder. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif agar data yang diperoleh dapat dijelaskan secara rinci serta teori yang digunakan adalah Liberalisme berikut dengan konsep yang digunakan antara lain Corporate Social Responsibility dan Multinational Company. Adapun hal yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini bahwa keterlibatan Nestlé dalam kontribusi melalui CSV memberikan dampak yang signifikan khususnya bagi petani dan peternak di sekitar pabrik. / The dynamic increase of the multinational company’s development has resulted in the emergence of increasingly stringent business intensity, competition between business owners feels very strong to this day. Nestlé as a company engaged in nutrition and health continues to innovate in response to changing times and people's needs. Through the concept of creating shared value which is the foundation of the company's vision and mission towards social responsibility, Nestlé is present in fulfilling its responsibilities as a company that applies economic and social values to society. Empowerment carried out for coffee farmers and cattle ranchers to consumer care services are tips that Nestlé does on an ongoing basis to create a good company image as the key to business success for consumers. Deep-rooted business ethics and compliance with local laws and regulations are important factors in Nestlé's business expansion in Indonesia. The data collection in this study was carried out using library techniques derived from secondary sources. Using a qualitative approach so that the data obtained can be explained in detail and the theory used is Liberalism and the concepts used include Corporate Social Responsibility and Multinational Company. What was found in this study was that Nestlé's involvement in contributing through CSV had a significant impact, especially for farmers and ranchers around the factory.
