Abstract

Jakarta Aquarium dan Safari sebagai salah satu daya tarik wisata di Jakarta mengalami penurunan kunjungan akibat pandemi COVID-19 yang telah berlangsung sejak tahun 2020. Demi menekan penyebaran virus ini, pembatasan sosial dilakukan dan salah satu aturan yang diterapkan adalah pembatasan kunjungan ke tempat umum dan tempat wisata. Oleh karena itu, Jakarta Aquarium dan Safari terdorong untuk berinovasi dalam pengembangan produk serta promosi untuk meningkatkan minat kunjungan sehingga jumlah kunjungan dapat kembali ke angka pada saat sebelum pandemi dimulai. Dalam penelitian ini, atribut yang dipilih adalah produk dan promosi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh produk terhadap minat kunjungan, (2) pengaruh promosi terhadap minat kunjungan, dan (3) pengaruh produk dan promosi terhadap minat kunjungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan convenience sampling. Responden yang dipilih adalah semua orang yang mengetahui Jakarta Aquarium dan Safari sebanyak 164 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa produk dan promosi memengaruhi minat kunjungan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata kunci: produk, promosi, minat kunjungan / Jakarta Aquarium and Safari is one of the tourist attractions in Jakarta that has experienced a decline in visits due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has been going on since 2020. To suppress the spread of this virus, social restrictions have been put in place and one of the rules implemented is the restriction of visits to public places and tourist attractions. Therefore, Jakarta Aquarium and Safari is encouraged to innovate in product development and promotions to increase visitor interest so that the number of visits can return to the number before the pandemic began. In this study, the selected attributes are product and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of the product on interest in visiting, (2) the effect of promotion on interest in visiting, and (3) the effect of product and promotion on interest in visiting. This study uses non-probability sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The selected respondents are 164 people who know about Jakarta Aquarium and Safari. Data is analyzed using linear regression method. The results of this study prove that products and promotions affect visit interest either partially or simultaneously.
