Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki sifat penting bagi perusahaan sebagai penggerak yang bersinergi dengan sumber daya lainnya pada perusahaan atau organisasi tersebut, membuat pengelolaan SDM yang efektif dalam kegiatan organisasi menjadi suatu hal yang sangat penting. SDM yang terlatih dan memiliki banyak keahlian yang penting bagi sebuah perusahaan akan tidak berarti jika mereka memiliki rencana untuk berpindah tempat kerja dalam waktu ke depannya, atau disebut juga sebagai pekerja yang tidak memiliki komitmen organisasi. Beberapa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi tersebut adalah motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. PT Megaindo Gemilang Lestari (PT MGL) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang distribusi, penjualan, penyewaan, dan purna jual mesin arcade games sedang mengalami tingkat turnover yang meningkat sejak beberapa tahun terakhir. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0.329, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0.452, (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0.252, dan (4) motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai Fh 65.79. / Human resources (HR) have important characteristics for the company as a driver that synergizes with other resources in the company or organization, making effective HR management in organizational activities very important. Human resources who and have many skills that are important to the company will be meaningless if they have plans to change workplaces in the future or are also referred to as workers who do not have organizational commitment. Some of the main factors that influence organizational commitment are work motivation, job satisfaction, and work environment. PT Megaindo Gemilang Lestari (PT MGL) is a company engaged in the distribution, sales, rental, and after-sales of arcade games machines, which is experiencing an increasing turnover rate in recent years. From this study it is known that (1) work motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient value of 0.329, (2) job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient value of 0.452, (3) work environment has a positive effect on organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient value of 0.252, and (4) work motivation, job satisfaction, and work environment simultaneously have a positive effect on organizational commitment with a Fh value of 65.79.
