Abstract
Tea plays an important role in the world; many people go to drink is tea when going to the restaurant or café. Masala Chai is one of the herbal teas that comes from India that is made with black tea and spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, black pepper, cloves, all spices, and nutmeg. However, Masala Chai can rarely be found in Indonesia and this paper is made in hope that one day Masala Chai will be more popular in Indonesia. The data for this paper is from research on topics related to Masala Chai and through questionnaire distributed during the community service we held to students at SMKN 73 Jakarta. Masala Chai is popular with their latte, but in this paper, it shows how Masala Chai could also be made into various kinds of desserts that are delicious and easy to make.
