Abstract
Penerapan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi dapat meninngkatkan kemampuan seorang guru dalam memanejem waktunya. Hal ini terlihat dari seberapa mampu seorang guru menerapkan metode yang memiliki daya tarik bagi siswa. Untuk itu guru perlu mengenalsiswa agar bisa menentukan metode apa yang akan digunakan.Sebagai guru Kristen, harus melihat siswa sebagai gambar dan rupa Allah yang memiliki emosi dan keterbatasan yang mereka miliki kita harus memahami mereka dan mendidik mereka menjadi serupa dengan Kristus. Tujuan penulisan ini agar mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode bervariasi akan meningkatkan kemampuan seorang guru dalam memanajemen waktu. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh bahwa kemampuan guru memanjemen waktu sudah baik ketika guru sudah bisa menerapkan metode yang menarik minat belajar dari siswa. Saran untuk pembaca adalah sebagai guru perlu memiliki kemampuan dalam memanajemen waktu khususnya dalam pembelajaran agar dapat menunjang pembelajaran yang lebih menarik. / The varying application of learning methods can enhance a teacher's ability to eject his timing. This is seen from how capable a teacher can apply a method that has appeal for students. This calls for getting to know students to determine which methods to use. As Christian teachers, to see students as pictures and likeness of God with the emotions and limitations they have we must understand them and educate them to be like Christ. The purpose of this writing is to know how applying varying methods will enhance a teacher's ability to time management. Research has found that a teacher's ability to span time is better when a teacher can apply a method that appeals to learning from students. The advice for the reader is that as teachers need to be able to make use of time especially in learning to support more interesting learning.
