Abstract

Human resources are one of the important resources owned by the church. Orientation training is an important activity. Indonesian Bethel Church Jl. Gatot Subroto Rayon 3 is one of the largest churches in Banten, but there is a problem that until now GBI Rayon 3 does not have orientation training for its employees. This study aims to develop orientation training for fulltimers of Bethel Church Indonesia Rayon 3 along with the development of training media to improve organizational culture, reflective thinking skills and organizational commitment. The research and development of this training uses the research and development model from Borg and Gall with seven stages. The results of the research also produce training media products in the form of print and video media with training programs. In the research process, it was found, the results of the needs analysis showed that there was a need for the GBI Rayon 3 organization to have employee orientation training using good learning media to improve the knowledge, abilities, and attitudes of fulltimers. The results of the initial product feasibility test have an average value of 87.7 percent, meaning that the products made can be used with minor revisions. While the test results show an average value of 85, this value is above the minimum completeness value. The final result of this research is a training program with a 191-page training module with four training videos/Sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu sumber daya penting yang dipunyai oleh gereja. Pelatihan orientasi merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang penting. Gereja Bethel Indonesia Jl. Gatot Subroto Rayon 3 meruapakan salah satu gereja terbesar di Banten, namun terdapat sebuah masalah bahwa sampai saat ini GBI Rayon 3 tidak mempunyai pelatihan orientasi untuk karyawannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pelatihan orientasi untuk fulltimers Gereja Bethel Indonesia Rayon 3 beserta pengembangan media pelatihan untuk meningkatkan budaya organisasi, kemampuan berfikir reflektif dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian dan pengembangan dari pelatihan ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan dari Borg dan Gall dengan tujuh tahapan. Hasil dari penelitian juga membuat produk media pelatihan berupa media cetak dan video dengan program pelatihan. Pada proses penelitian ditemukan, hasil analisa kebutuhan menunjukan ada kebutuhan dari organisasi GBI Rayon 3 untuk memiliki pelatihan orientasi karyawan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang baik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan sikap dari fulltimers. Hasil dari uji kelayakan produk awal memiliki nilai rata-rata 87,7 persen berarti produk yang dibuat dapat dipakai dengan revisi kecil. Sedangkan hasil tes menunjukan nilai rata-rata 85, nilai ini diatas nilai ketuntasan minimal. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini merupakan program pelatihan dengan modul pelatihan sebanya 191 halaman dengan empat video pelatihan
