Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada era digital sekarang mengharuskan pemasar memutuskan pendekatan yang paling efisien dan efektif untuk memaksimalkan pertumbuhan bisnis. Dikarenakan pertumbuhan media sosial sangat pesat dan dapat diakses oleh semua orang tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu, maka perusahaan menggunakan media sosial sebagai platform untuk melakukan kegiatan social media marketing di tim komersial PT. Bumi Serpong Damai. Hasil laporan magang ini menguraikan bagaimana tim komersial PT. Bumi Serpong Damai merencanakan, membuat hingga mengeksekusi strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial dengan menggunakan strategi digital marketing. Selama kegiatan magang, pemagang bekerja sebagai social media marketing yang mengurus pembuatan konten untuk proyek-proyek komersial PT. Bumi Serpong Damai. Pemagang terlibat dalam rapat internal tim komersial, brainstorming ide konten yang kreatif, copywriting, dan scheduling. Pemagang telah melakukan pekerjaan yang diberikan dengan cukup baik melalui konten-konten yang telah dibuat dan diunggah pada media sosial tim komersial PT. Bumi Serpong Damai. / Technological developments in the digital era now require marketers to decide on the most efficient and effective to maximize their business growth. Due to the very rapid growth of social media and can be accessed by everyone without space and time restrictions, the company uses social media as a platform to carry out social media marketing activities in PT. Bumi Serpong Damai commercial team. This paper describes how the commercial team of PT. Bumi Serpong Damai plans, makes and executes marketing strategies through social media using digital marketing strategies. During the internship, the intern works as a social media marketing intern who takes care of content creation for commercial projects of PT. Bumi Serpong Damai. Interns are involved in internal commercial team meetings, brainstorming creative content ideas, copywriting, and scheduling. The intern has done the job given quite well through the content that has been created and uploaded on the social media of the commercial team of PT. Bumi Serpong Damai.
