Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 52 karyawan hotel XY di Kota Sorong. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, wawancara terstruktur, dan pengambilan data karyawan. Data kuisioner dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa karyawan Hotel XY cenderung untuk memiliki komitmen organisasi yang bersifat continuance dan memiliki motivasi yang berhubungan dengan penghasilan, lingkungan kerja, dan apresiasi. Motivasi maupun komitmen organisasi tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
