Abstract

PT Wirastama Abadi is a company engaged in the sale of fuel oil. The company experienced a decrease in employee performance from employees who were often absent from work and made the current high employee absenteeism. The aim of this research to examine the influence of job stress and organizational culture on employee performance at the company. With a larger organizational culture in the company, increased job stress, and greater motivation, the stronger the company. Overall, the strongest influence on good employee performance is organizational culture, job stress and motivation. Quantitative research with descriptive and causal study are used to analyze the sample of 102 employees. The respondents are employees of PT Wirastama Abadi are taken using probability sampling criteria using simple random sampling. Distribution of the questionnaires conducted has passed the validity and reliability test. The data tested also passed the normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression test. Based on hypothesis test t-test and F-test both job stress and organizational culture have influence at PT Wirastama Abadi, either simultaneously or partially. It can be recommended to the PT Wirastama Abadi, company need to increase employee motivation to work in order to achieve satisfactory results. This can be done by providing salary increases, bonuses and career paths. Also company needs periodic monitoring of the KPIs currently applied to employees. While in performance, adjust the amount of work given to employee at this time. / PT Wirastama Abadi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan bahan bakar minyak. Perusahaan mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan dari karyawan yang sering mangkir kerja dan membuat tingkat absensi karyawan saat ini tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan. Dengan budaya organisasi yang lebih besar di perusahaan, meningkatnya stres kerja, dan motivasi yang lebih besar, maka perusahaan akan semakin kuat. Secara keseluruhan, pengaruh paling kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan yang baik adalah budaya organisasi, stres kerja dan motivasi. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi deskriptif dan kausal digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel sebanyak 102 karyawan. Respondennya adalah karyawan PT Wirastama Abadi yang diambil dengan menggunakan kriteria probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diuji juga lolos uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis uji t dan uji F baik stres kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh pada PT Wirastama Abadi baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dapat direkomendasikan kepada PT Wirastama Abadi, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan agar dapat mencapai hasil yang memuaskan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan kenaikan gaji, bonus dan jenjang karir. Perusahaan juga membutuhkan pemantauan berkala terhadap KPI yang saat ini diterapkan pada karyawan. Sedangkan dalam kinerja, menyesuaikan jumlah pekerjaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan saat ini.
