Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of job training on employee performance at CV. Sukses Makmur Abadi. In the problem phenomenon, namely the declining performance of employees in the company because the training carried out is not capable of supporting the improvement of employee performance in the company. Performance is a record of the results resulting from a job function or activity during a certain period related to organizational goals. Training is a process or technique used by organizations to improve the performance of present and future employees by increasing their ability to perform by improving their skills, knowledge and attitudes. Descriptive and causal studies were used to analyze a sample of 105 employees. Respondents are employees of CV. Sukses Makmur Abadi taken using probability sampling criteria using simple random sampling. The distribution of the questionnaires has passed the validity and reliability tests. The results of the coefficient of determination test show 47.6% that job training has an effect on employee performance at CV. Sukses Makmur Abadi. For that it can be suggested to increase the job training variable, it is necessary to provide the latest training methods to employees to reduce and minimize the number of spoiled products that occur in the company. To improve employee performance variables, it is necessary to provide morale for employees so that employees are able to carry out their work well. Employees are able to carry out work well but do not achieve the work targets expected by the company./ Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Sukses Makmur Abadi. Pada fenomena masalah yaitu menurunnya kinerja karyawan di perusahaan karena pelatihan yang dilakukan tidak mampu mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Kinerja adalah catatan hasil yang dihasilkan dari suatu fungsi pekerjaan atau kegiatan selama periode tertentu yang berkaitan dengan tujuan organisasi. Pelatihan adalah proses atau teknik yang digunakan oleh organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sekarang dan masa depan dengan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk melakukan dengan meningkatkan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap mereka. Studi deskriptif dan kausal digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel dari 105 karyawan. Responden adalah karyawan CV. Sukses Makmur Abadi yang diambil dengan menggunakan kriteria probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan telah lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 47.6% bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Sukses Makmur Abadi. Untuk itu dapat disarankan Untuk meningkatkan variabel pelatihan kerja, perlu diberikan metode pelatihan terbaru kepada karyawan untuk mengurangi dan meminimalkan jumlah produk manja yang terjadi di perusahaan. Untuk meningkatkan variabel kinerja pegawai maka perlu adanya pemberian semangat kerja bagi pegawai agar pegawai mampu melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Karyawan mampu melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik namun tidak mencapai target kerja yang diharapkan perusahaan.
