Abstract

This study aims to look at factors related to the behavioral intention of the users of collaborative consumption. This study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) to see the relationship of each variable; with the number of samples used are as many as 138 respondents. Data analysis is done by using SMARTpls 3.0 program assistance. The results showed that subjective norms have indirect effect toward behavioral intention, the effect is channeled through attitude toward behavior which directly influence toward behavioral intention. These results then further indicate that in view behavioral intention can be seen how the formation attitude toward behavior collaborative consumer users who have a long process by involving various variables in it. / Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dengan behavioral intention dari pengguna collaborative consumption. Penelitian ini menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) untuk melihat hubungan dari setiap variabel, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 138 responden. Analisis data di lakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SMARTpls 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel subjective norms memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap behavioral intention, pengaruh disalurkan melalui variabel attitude toward behavior yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Hasil ini kemudian semakin menunjukkan bahwa dalam melihat behavioral intention dapat dilihat bagaimana pembentukan attitude toward behavior pengguna collaborative consumption yang memiliki proses panjang dengan melibatkan berbagai variabel didalamnya.
