Abstract

This study aims to analyze and investigate the factors that toward Cart Abandonment in online shopping process. This research is a quantitative research, conducted on the online shoppers in Jakarta. While the object of research focused on the Perceived Transaction Inconvenience, Perceived Cost,Perceived Risk, Organize and Research Products Within the Cart, Compare with External Website, and Cart Abandonment. Methods of data collection is done by using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to online shoppers in Jakarta. The determination of the number of samples done by nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 140 respondents from 250 questionaires. Furthermore, the data in the analysis using method Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that Perceived Transaction Inconveniece has an indirect affect on Organize and Research Produtcs within the Cart, Perceived Cost has indirect affect on Organize and Research Produtcs within the Cart, Perceived Risk has an indirect Organize and Research Produtcs within the Cart, Organize and Research Produtcs within the Cart proved to positively affect Cart Abandonment, Organize and Research Produtcs within the Cart proved has positively affect to Payment Intention, Compare with External Website has a positively affect to Cart Abandonment, Payment Intention has negatively influenced on Cart Abandonment. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Cart Abandonment pada proses belanja online. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang dilakukan pada pengguna online shop di Jakarta.. Sedangkan objek penelitian difokuskan pada variabel-variabel Perceived Transaction Inconvenience, Perceived Cost,Perceived Risk,Organize and Research Products Within th Cart,Compare with External Website, dan Cart Abandonment. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung pada pengguna online shop di Jakarta. Adapun penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan dengan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 140 responden dari penyebaran 250 kuesioner. Selanjutnya, data di analsis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Transaction Inconveniece tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organize and Research Produtcs within the Cart, Perceived Cost tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organize and Research Produtcs within the Cart, Perceived Risk berpengaruh terhadap Organize and Research Produtcs within the Cart, Organize and Research Produtcs within the Cart terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Cart Abandonment, Organize and Research Produtcs within the Cart terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Payment Intention, Compare with External Website berpengaruh positif terhadap Cart Abandonment, Payment Intention terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap Cart Abandonment.
