Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh antara modal sosial yang terikat dan modal sosial yang menjembatani terhadap kinerja kewirausahaan yang dimoderasi oleh variabel Kesadaran terhadap peluang dan kompetensi operasional terhadap pengusaha. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data yang di sebarkan melalui kuesioner elektronik melalui google form. Penelitian ini di tujukan kepada para pelaku wirausaha, dengan jumlah 160 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data kuesioner terdiri dari 24 indikator. Pengujian kuesioner dilakukan dengan metode uji reabilitas dan uji validitas dan alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS 3.2.9./This study aims to identify the effect of bonding social capital and bridging social capital on etnrepreneurial performance which is moderated by the variables of opportunity recognition and operational competency. This research approach uses quantitative methods and data collection methods distributed through electronic questionaires via google form. This research is aimed to entrepreneurs, with a total of 160 repondents. The instrument used for data collection consist of 24 indicators. Testing the questionaire was carried out using the reliability test and validity test methods and the tools used to analyze the data were using the Smart-PLS 3.2.9 application.
