Abstract
Indonesia adalah negara dengan keberagaman suku, budaya dan tradisi. Dari keberagaman tersebut lahirlah keanekargaman kuliner tradisional nusantara. Terjadinya pandemi yang berpengatuh pada perekonomian Indonesia membuat banyak orang terpaksa diberhentikan kerja dan hal ini menuntun daya beli masyarakat juga menurun. Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk menghemat pengeluaran adalah memasak dirumah agar lebih hemat. Bahan-bahan yang mudah didapat dilingkungan sekitar memberikan nilai lebih pada kuliner bertajuk tema Indonesia/nusantara untuk digali lebih lagi. Buku resep terdiri dari kumpulan menu makanan untuk dicoba dan dieksplorasi. Dengan pengolahan elemen grafis dan layout buku dapat mempermudah penyampaian pesan kepada audiens. Identifikasi masalah menganilisis buku dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka. Buku berjudul 30 Menu Hemat untuk 1 Bulan ala Sisca Soewitomo ingin mengenalkan dan menghadirkan kelestarian kuliner Indonesia melalui cara yang mudah dan juga hemat. / Indonesia is a country with a diversity of tribes, cultures and traditions. From this diversity, the traditional culinary diversity of the archipelago was born. The occurrence of a pandemic that affects the Indonesian economy has forced many people to be laid off from work and this has led to a decrease in people's purchasing power. One way that can be done to save expenses is to cook at home to be more efficient. Ingredients that are easily available in the surrounding environment provide added value to the culinary theme with the theme of Indonesia/archipelago to be explored more. The cookbook consists of a collection of food menus to try and explore. By processing graphic elements and book layouts, it can facilitate the delivery of messages to the audience. Identification of problems analyzing books by using data collection in the form of literature study. The book entitled 30 Saving Menus for 1 Month by Sisca Soewitomo wants to introduce and present Indonesian culinary sustainability in an easy and economical way.
