Abstract

Retensi perawat merupakan hal fundamental dalam suatu rumah sakit. Namun, dalam praktiknya merupakan hal yang tidak mudah sehingga manajemen retensi perawat harus dikelola dengan baik. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi retensi perawat adalah pelatihan dan pengembangan, dukungan supervisor, dan kompensasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, Dukungan Supervisor, dan Kompensasi pada Perawat RS XYZ di Jakarta dengan Lingkungan Kerja sebagai Moderasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 175 perawat perawat tetap yang sudah bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun di RS XYZ, dan bersedia menjadi responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji hipotesis (hypothesis test). Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pusposive sampling dengan kuesioner online dari perawat RS XYZ di Jakarta. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan, dukungan supervisor, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap retensi karyawan. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara pelatihan dan pengembangan dengan retensi karyawan. Namun, dalam penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap hubungan dukungan supervisor dan kompensasi dengan retensi karyawan./Nurse retention is a fundamental thing in a hospital. However, in practice it is not an easy thing so that the management of nurse retention must be managed properly. Several factors that influence nurse retention are training and development, supervisor support, and compensation. The purpose of this study was to predict and analyze the Effect of Training and Development, Supervisor Support, and Compensation on Nurses at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta with the Work Environment as Moderation. The research subjects were 175 permanent nurses who worked for more than 1 year at XYZ Hospital, and became respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing (hypothesis testing). Data collection in this study used purposive sampling with online questionnaires from nurses at XYZ Hospital in Jakarta. Processing and data analysis using the PLS-SEM method. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that training and development, supervisor support, and compensation have a positive effect on employee retention. The results of the analysis also show that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on the relationship between training and development and employee retention. However, this study also shows that the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on the relationship between supervisor support and compensation with employee retention.
