Abstract

CV Cipta Karya Lestari merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa makloon sepatu dan sandal yang sudah berjalan dengan baik sejak tahun 1998. Namun dikarenakan adanya pandemi, pesanan pembuatan sepatu dan sandal terhenti. Untuk mempertahankan perusahaan, maka perusahaan ingin memproduksi dan memperluas penjualan sandal dengan merek dagang sendiri yaitu Pedrossa. Pada saat ini, penjualan sandal masih berbasis tradisional dan tidak memiliki website, sehingga penjualan masih tidak terkendali dengan baik. Inilah yang menjadi salah satu pemasalahan dalam penjualan, karena banyaknya sistem penjualan yang tidak teratur seperti, pengiriman barang yang tidak sampai pada alamat konsumen, sehingga barang kembali lagi pada perusahaan. Selain itu, masih banyak terjadi kesalahan data dalam stok barang, sehingga menghabiskan waktu dan tenaga untuk mengecek ulang bagi perusahaan. Dengan membangun sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web pada CV Cipta Karya Lestari yang bertujuan untuk melakukan penjualan melalui website, dimana konsumen dapat bertransaksi dengan mudah dan perusahaan dapat memonitor dan mengontrol penjualan melalui website tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini, adalah RAD (Rapid Application Development). Pengembangan sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan UML, yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, dan table relationship diagram. Setelah itu, struktur dan isi website dibangun dengan menggunakan HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript dan Bootstrap. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, perusahaan dapat mengatur pekerjaannya secara lebih efektif dan efisien, seperti mengelola data-data penting yaitu stok barang, data keuangan, data penjualan yang dibutuhkan dan memudahkan konsumen dalam bertransaksi, dan sistem juga dapat memonitoring penjualan lebih baik agar tidak terjadi kasus seperti barang tidak sampai. / CV Cipta Karya Lestari is a footwear contract manufacturing company that has been operating since 1998. Due to the pandemic, the production and sales of shoes and sandals have halted. To sustain the company, the company aims to produce and increase its sandal sales by building its own brand, Pedrossa. Currently, their sales are typically conducted in a rather traditional manner without the use of websites. The inconsistency of the sales system often leads to some problems, such as customers not getting the items they ordered and these items usually end up being sent back to the company. Moreover, there have been inaccuracies in the counting of stocks, which lead to a waste of time and energy as the company needs to constantly recheck their stocks. By building web-based sales information system on CV Cipta Karya Lestari which aims to use websites for its sales, both its employee and customers are able to monitor and supervise the transactions on the website. The method that is implemented in this system planning is called RAD (Rapid Application Development). The system development will be visualised with the use of UML: case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram and table relationship diagram. Meanwhile, the structure and content of the website will be built using HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript and Bootstrap. With this information system, the company will be able to manage their work more effectively and efficiently. They will be able to easily analyse their data, including their stocks, finance, and sales. These are necessary to facilitate smoother transactions as well as to better monitor the sales. Hence, problems such as items not being delivered correctly will be avoided.
